Which hotel should I stay at?
We understand that Newport in the summer may be pricey. We have two hotel blocks, one in downtown Newport right next to Bowen’s Wharf and the welcome party and another in Middletown about a 15 minute drive from downtown Newport. These two the two best priced options for each area, but please stay wherever you feel most comfortable. For those traveling in groups, AirBnbs may be a great option.

I’m not seeing any more rooms in the block?
The hotels give us an initial set of rooms to start the block. As those rooms get booked, they will add more. If you are trying to book a room at the hotel block but you are not seeing any options or a room option to your liking, please text Danielle at 732-757-9016. We will get additional rooms added.

Are kids welcome?
The events of the weekend will be adult only.

What is the dress code?
The welcome reception is summer cocktail and the wedding is black tie. Ladies, be mindful that the ceremony will take place on grass when selecting shoes, however cocktail and reception will be on regular flooring.

Is the wedding outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outside followed by a tented cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors.

How will I get to the wedding?
Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from both hotel blocks. The other events of the weekend will be walking distance from Thames Street.

Will there be Kosher food?
While the entire wedding itself will not be Kosher, if you require Kosher meals please indicate as such on your RSVP. Certified kosher options will be provided for the wedding reception (prepared off-site).

Where can I park?
Parking for the welcome party and farewell brunch can be found at public lots or the Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina. Note this is paid parking.

There is a parking lot at the venue for those who choose to drive. It is also easy to call an Uber in Newport, but when leaving the wedding we recommend taking the provided transportation, since ride share make take longer to come.
